Sarah, Travis & baby Madelyn

On Wednesday night I stopped by the Pursell house to photograph Travis, Sarah and Madelyn. I transformed Nana Connie's rec. room into a studio, and four-month-old Madelyn did great under the studio lights.

We started off with Madelyn wearing her new Christmas dress on her tummy. I was really hoping to get one of her with her hands together, but she preferred the flying baby pose. I really want to pinch those cheeks!

Madelyn wasn't big on smiling for me, but one is all you need sometimes. She really looks like she's asking for a fist bump. Yo, baby.

Travis arrived midway through our session with an armload of outfit changes. In true dad fashion, he didn't come up with many matching outfits, and most of the clothes were either too small or too big. Madelyn wasn't interested in changing her clothes more than once anyway and she looks stunning in her jeans, blue shirt and matching bow.

A big thanks to Travis, Sarah, Nana Connie & baby Madelyn for the teamwork that makes for a successful session.
